I recycled some of the metal from the large installation piece "40 Hours and a mule" and re-envisioned the work as experience from a vacation in Mexico, where I was captivated by the waves crashing into the shoreline rocks. I wanted to capture the power and feel of the waves in their assault against the landscape.
